How to Apply
If you are applying for the 2024-2025 school year, our online application season is open. All applications will be processed and reviewed in the order they are submitted.
Our application process is now online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
For families applying to Shalom Christian Academy:
If you have a child at Shalom during this 2023-2024 school year and wish to apply for another child in your family for the 2024-2025 school year, please follow these steps:

If applying between January and May, a fee of $125 must be submitted with each application. If applying between June and July, a fee of $175 must be submitted with each application. If applying in August, a fee of $200 must be submitted with each application. If applying for the current school year, a fee of $225 must be submitted with each application. |
For families applying to Growing Tree Preschool:
If you have a child at Shalom during this 2023-2024 school year and wish to apply for another child in your family for the 2024-2025 school year, please follow these steps:
Log into Parent Portal: www.shalomca.com/parents
The application fee is $55.00.
I've completed my application. Now What?
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
